EnlivenPlus provides a dementia care service that supports people with dementia, their families and whānau, so they can live purposeful and fulfilling lives. We also offer Active Respite Care and Transition to Care services to people with or without dementia.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE

  • An assessment of your individual situation and needs.
     

  • Active Respite Care supports our clients by providing companion-ship while pursuing the client's interests and maintaining or increasing social connections. It allows family members to take time out while their loved one is cared for in a way that they respond to.

  • A Transition to Care service to gradually acclimatise and support someone moving into residential care or a higher level of supported living.

  • Specialist assistance with navigating health and social systems.

​​

  • Post-diagnosis support, including managing dementia symptoms and planning for the future.

​

  • Weekly visits, activities and fun trips out of home for the person with dementia - specifically designed to meet their needs and goals
     

  • Education and cognitive exercises to help slow the progression of dementia

No matter the cause, or age of the person, our registered health care professionals are here for you. Our aim is to enable those with or without dementia to live independently in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible.

CHOOSING THE RIGHT

SERVICE FOR YOU

Our services are provided as subscription packages and as one-off packages with prices varying depending on the services.

We are also available to visit your home, meet with family and whānau, and answer any questions you may have over a cup of tea (our FREE Cuppa Tea service).

Our Transitioning to Care service is available to all. It's a Pay as you go service to support a relaxed transition to Care Home, Dementia Unit or a Supported Living unit at a retirement village.


EnlivenPlus can help this transition go smoothly by slowly introducing the person to their new accommodation and if required spending time with them once they have moved in.
